Hi, I'm Jun.

With 8 years of experience in UI/UX design for e-commerce, I am now pursuing an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at UCL to further develop my expertise in UX research and methodologies.

Specialising in user-friendly interfaces, I've driven conversion rates through user testing and stakeholder coordination. Now, I'm eager to blend practical experience with academic insight, advancing the field of human-computer interaction.

My Design Approach

I emphasise empathy, innovation, and user-centricity, driving decisions through research and iterative refinement.

Strategic Alignment

In my work, I ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs through:
  • Conducting user, stakeholder, and departmental interviews and surveys for valuable insights.
  • Analysis of market trends and technical constraints.
  • Setting clear objectives, identifying target audiences, and establishing success metrics.

Design Precision in Action

I prioritise crafting intuitive and engaging user experience in design execution. This involves:
  • Utilising information architecture and journey mapping to craft seamless user experiences.
  • Making data-driven decisions by leveraging insights from A/B testing, data analysis, and heatmap analysis.
  • Facilitating rapid iterations with sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Iterative Post-Launch Optimisation

After implementation, I continuously monitor and prioritise post-launch optimisation by:
  • Monitoring all platforms and device sizes to check for bugs and ensure usability across different devices.
  • Actively listening to user feedback, reviewing analytics, and conducting surveys.
  • Reviewing analytics to gain insights into user behaviour and identify areas for optimisation.
